These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Price Match Guarantee ("Guarantee") offered by P.S. Ideas L.L.C. dba Summit Technology Group, hereinafter referred to as "Company", to its customers ("Customer"). By requesting a price match under this Guarantee, Customer agrees to be bound by the following Terms.

1. Eligibility
   1.1. This Guarantee is available solely in connection with the sale of non-custom, broadcast hardware and software valued at or above $199.99 offered by Company, as determined in Company's sole and absolute discretion.
   1.2. The Guarantee shall apply only to non-bid work. Bid-based or negotiated contracts, government procurements, or institutional tenders are expressly excluded.
   1.3. The Guarantee is available only prior to the completion of a purchase. Retroactive requests shall not be honored unless expressly approved in writing by Company management.
   
   
2. Qualifying Quote Requirements
   2.1. To qualify for the Guarantee, Customer must submit a formal written quote from an authorized reseller of the identical hardware.
   2.2. The submitted quote must:
   
   • (a) be current and valid at the time of submission (i.e., not expired),
     
   • (b) bear a clearly identifiable quote number,
     
   • (c) be dated within the past thirty (30) calendar days of the submission date (or other time period as may be specified by Company in writing),
     
   • (d) specify the exact model and configuration of the hardware,
     
   • (e) identify the name of the intended purchaser, which must match Customer’s legal or trade name, and
     
   • (f) reflect new, unused equipment (i.e., not open-box, refurbished, gray market, or demo units).
     
     
3. Exclusions
   3.1. This Guarantee shall not apply to:
   
   • (a) Custom-manufactured or special-order products;
     
   • (b) Discontinued or end-of-life products;
     
   • (c) Products bundled with unrelated items or subject to promotional offers, rebates, or financing incentives unless expressly approved in writing by Company management;
     
   • (d) Quotes from unauthorized resellers, liquidators, auction sites, marketplaces, or peer-to-peer platforms (e.g., eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace);
     
   • (e) Taxes, shipping, handling, or other fees not directly related to the item’s base price.
     
     
4. Approval Process
   4.1. All price match requests are subject to review and approval by Company management.
   4.2. Company reserves the right to accept or reject any request in its sole discretion, with or without cause.
   4.3. The Company may require verification of the competing quote, including direct communication with the quoted vendor or additional documentation.
   
   
5. Limitations
   5.1. The Guarantee is limited to one price match request per item per customer.
   5.2. The Guarantee may not be combined with other discounts, promotional pricing, or incentive offers.
   5.3. Company does not guarantee availability of matched-price items and reserves the right to limit quantities.
   
   
6. Reservation of Rights
   6.1. Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
   6.2. In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility or interpretation of these Terms, Company's determination shall be final and binding.
   
   
7. Governing Law
   7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
   7.2. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Oakland County, Michigan.
