Health and Safety Precautions

Summit Technology Group takes health and safety very seriously. Here is what to expect when doing business with us.
Employee screening and PPE

All unvaccinated Summit Technology Group employees and contractors are screened weekly for COVID-19 and are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment at the request of a client.

Minimal contact on-site

All work performed at a client site will be conducted with as little person-to-person contact as possible. Social distancing will be observed. All client billing will be done in a contactless way.

Social distancing and cleaning

All employees and contractors are expected to abide by social distancing practices at our offices. Our offices are professionally cleaned and disinfected regularly.

Travel Considerations

Summit Technology Group employees continue to serve our domestic and certain international clients while respecting new travel restrictions and guidelines as set forth by the CDC and WHO.

PPE and Social Distancing

  • Personal Protective Equipment

    Summit Technology Group equips all employees and contractors with PPE including masks, gloves, and face shields. Summit requires the use of PPE at all times when traveling and on-site with a client.

  • Social Distancing

    Summit Technology Group employees and contractors are required to maintain social distancing of 6' while in any of our offices and while on-site or traveling.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I still book onsite services?

Yes, you are still able to book onsite services. In fact, most of our clients are still booking onsite services. Our employees and contractors are abiding by several recommended practices to keep you and your staff safe and healthy.

Can we opt for remote-based services?

Absolutely. If your market is on the restricted list or a member of your team is showing signs of COVID-19, we recommend opting for a remote session or rescheduling with your assigned sales or engineering associate.

Are there any areas you are not servicing?

There are currently no local areas on the restricted list. Please let us know of any local ordinances that will affect our travel before we are scheduled to be on site.

How do I reschedule an onsite visit?
